Artist's Comments

I felt like putting something in here, and this is my favourite teacup, other than the one I broke, anyway. :) I do, actually, tend to keep it on my desk.

Thank you. It is quite a wonderful tea cup. :)

(I happen to like men in kilts, myself. Especially bagpipers, actually. I'd always hoped to marry a bagpiper. I guess I'll just have to put my love in a kilt. :) )

'Tis a pretty one, happily sitting there doing what it was created to do.

Thank you. :)

My other favourite was one my love's mum made, but I'm afraid I was a bit clumsy when washing it and I killed the poor little thing. I'd like to learn to make my own some day, but there are ever so many things I'd like to learn. I should probably get good at the things I already know first. :)

Within reason, of course. If you are as much of a perfectionist as I suspect, if you wait until you're "good enough" at the things you do now before trying to learn something new, you'll never never again try anything new. <grin>

I have found I'm prone to doing that, occasionally. :) On the other hand, I tend to do too many things at once, too.

Oh I was going to ask if that symbol meant anything, but I see it's a celtic knot, not that I know what they stand for  But it's a pretty mug and I bet the tea tastes really good from it :giggle: I'm a coffee drinker
